I think Rosalinda is my new favourite Toronto restaurant. I’m accustomed to chips, guac and salsa being the only vegan options at Mexican restaurants. That or “Would you like us to make you something without the cheese or sauce?” Finally, there is an entirely plant based Mexican restaurant and not only is the food delicious, the space is beautiful. It feels like you’re dining in a greenhouse. I tried the coconut ceviche and both the smoked onion and potato and crispy taro jackfruit tacos. My only regret is not ordering the churros for dessert, but I look at this as an excuse to go back soon.
